About The Position

Booz Allen is transforming its differentiated technology and intellectual property in areas like cyber, AI, and cloud into scalable products and solutions. This role is crucial in developing a repeatable go-to-market approach to support this commercialization effort, working closely with sector teams. The Go-to-Market Strategy & Activation Senior Manager will shape go-to-market strategies for key offerings, create plan templates, launch toolkits, and coordinate necessary capabilities. The ideal candidate is a builder with experience in sales, channel partnerships, marketing, or other commercial roles, who understands how to bring offerings to market and can translate that expertise into practical tools, plans, and guidance for sector teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, channel partnerships, marketing, or related commercial roles in enterprise software
  • Experience across multiple routes to market including direct and partner-led motions
  • Experience developing and translating go-to-market strategies into actionable plans, including market entry, launch, growth, or scale
  • Experience operating in, or closely alongside, quota- and pipeline-driven environments
  • Experience building go-to-market frameworks, plans, or playbooks that can be applied across offerings and markets
  • Knowledge of sales motions, customer acquisition, and B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization without direct authority
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.

  • Experience across multiple GTM models, SaaS, or subscription-based offerings
  • Experience working with or selling to U.S. government customers

Responsibilities

  • Build the go-to-market function from the ground up, including standards, playbooks, and ways of working for sector teams to scale offerings.
  • Lead the development of GTM strategies and produce plan templates, checklists, and launch toolkits for priority products and solutions.
  • Define priority markets and customers, positioning and differentiation, routes to market, sales and channel strategy, and launch approach.
  • Drive sales and channel readiness, and resolve gaps, dependencies, approvals, and barriers to market entry.
  • Identify sector owners and partner with them to orchestrate the capabilities needed to bring offerings to market.
  • Enable sector and sales teams to effectively position and sell offerings.
  • Find opportunities for cross-sector promotion and expansion after launch.
