About The Position

Emora Health is addressing the unmet mental health needs of millions of children and teens in America by bridging the gap between families seeking care and the professionals who can connect them. Having recently secured Series A funding, the company is rapidly expanding its reach through new markets, partnerships, and team growth. This role is central to Emora's mission of closing the gap in youth mental health support, offering a unique opportunity to build a national growth function from its inception within a fast-paced, well-funded organization dedicated to a critical cause. This position is for someone who wants to create something category-defining, architecting and leading Emora's non-paid growth strategy through sales, relationships, and on-the-ground efforts. The Go-to-Market Lead will build and lead a team focused on aggressive targets, rapid channel testing, and expanding Emora's presence in existing and new markets nationwide.

  • Proven sales or GTM leadership with a track record of building and scaling teams, preferably in healthcare, technology, or another field-sales-driven industry.

  • Represent Emora's presence and reputation in the field as a trusted spokesperson.
  • Design and implement Emora's field GTM strategy, including team structure, territory design, targets, and playbooks.

  • Set and achieve aggressive, measurable growth targets related to referrals, admissions, and partner acquisition.
  • Conduct rapid experiments to test new non-paid growth channels, learn quickly, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Represent Emora Health at conferences, community events, and in direct meetings with providers and health system leaders.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and executive leadership to ensure the field organization delivers an exceptional partner and patient experience.
  • Develop reporting, forecasting, and pipeline infrastructure for scalable growth.
