About The Position

Speechify is seeking its first Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer for SIMBA, a division focused on deploying AI voice agents. This role is crucial for building and managing the technical systems that drive the outbound sales process. The GTM Engineer will be responsible for the entire technical infrastructure, ensuring that leads are properly enriched, targeted with personalized messages at the right time, and that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and data to succeed. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building systems from the ground up and is passionate about optimizing sales performance through technology.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a strong technical focus.
  • Proven experience in building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier/Make, Webhooks, REST APIs.
  • A mindset focused on sales funnels and data-driven optimization, with a keen interest in metrics like pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, maintain simplicity, and operate with autonomy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building GTM systems for an AI, voice, or developer-tools product.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas.
  • Background at a B2C company that also operates a B2B or API sales motion.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain SIMBA's outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the end-to-end GTM tech stack, encompassing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit), sequencing platforms (Outreach, Instantly), and the integrations between them.
  • Deploy AI agents to automate prospect research, generate personalized outreach content, and manage follow-up workflows, thereby reducing manual effort for the Sales team.
  • Instrument the entire top-of-funnel process to track performance, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize for booked meetings and pipeline creation.
  • Develop integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier/Make to ensure data integrity and system synchronization.
  • Evaluate and rapidly adopt new AI and GTM tooling, serving as the team's expert on emerging technologies and potential solutions.
