As the GTM Enablement Manager, you’ll build and scale enablement programs that empower Oasis internal GTM teams, as well as our Partners and Customers. This includes building the Sales Enablement: establishing enablement programs and resources to equip Sales, SEs, BDRs and CSMs teams with the skills, tools, and insights needed to improve performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You’ll also manage the rollout and optimization of the LMS/CMS tool.
