About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Go Application Engineer to design and build high-performance backend services, infrastructure tooling, and cloud-native applications using Go. The role focuses on systems where latency, concurrency, and operational efficiency are important, and contributes to a codebase shared by engineers across multiple teams. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. The role also includes raising engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring more junior engineers. The successful candidate should bring strong engineering discipline, clear communication, and a record of delivering production-ready work. This is a full-time, direct W-2 position that is 100% remote in the United States. The annual salary range is $130,000–$145,000. The posting encourages applications from U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and candidates transferring an H-1B, but states that new H-1B petitions cannot be sponsored.
