About The Position
We are recruiting for engineers with backgrounds in Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineering to support our team in Chandler, AZ. Due to the nature of this work, this position will be 100% on-site. This position can be filled at a Level 3 or Level 4.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 year of professional experience, or Masters degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year (for Level 3)
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years (for Level 4)
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree for both levels
- Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
- Directly related Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) experience

- Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering discipline
- Top Secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, verify, and test high-quality software and simulation toolchains
- Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6DoF) simulation to design and test missile flight code
- Work with 6DoF simulation models to evaluate system performance
- Experience with missile flight dynamics, autopilot and guidance design, and implementation into missile flight code
- Experience with various trajectory optimization software and tools
