About The Position

The GMP Supervisor assists the GMP Manager in the completion of their managerial duties. This position acts as the on-site supervisor for GMP functions provided by ISS. The GMP Supervisor may also be needed to perform GMP tasks in addition to the employees they may supervise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Previous GMP cleaning experience is required
  • Able to read, write, understand directions, and complete assigned tasks in English required
  • Strong communication skills, including emailing
  • Passion for customer service.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Accountability and dependability in all that you do.
  • Familiarity with methods used in cleaning of buildings, tools, and equipment
  • Ability to execute work schedules making the most efficient use of personnel
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment.
  • All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in management team meetings
  • Training new team members and providing remedial (refresher) training as needed
  • Directing special GMP cleaning projects
  • Inventorying cleaning and consumable supplies on hand and submitting orders
  • Reviewing and ensuring Good Documentation Practices for team
  • Performing assigned GMP tasks and filling in for absent team members
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned
