In this role, you will act as the go-to Cleaning Supervisor, checking in on quality, managing supplies, and supporting your crew. Your leadership as a Janitorial Lead ensures a safe, healthy learning environment for kids every single day!

Requirements

Previous commercial cleaning AND supervisory experience required
Background check required
Ability to walk, bend, and lift cleaning equipment
Reliable transportation to the school site

Nice To Haves

Experience as a cleaner, custodian, or team leader is a huge plus
A friendly, high-energy attitude and great teamwork skills
