They direct and control the operation of the General Merchandise/HBC Department, including supervising and training personnel to achieve departmental and store sales and profit objectives. They provide feedback and recommendations on operational issues and personnel decisions to the Store Director and Division management. This is a union position. The employee must be willing and able to work at any store within the hired district. If new to this union, an initiation fee as well as weekly dues as determined by the CBA will be required. Pay Transparency: The pay for this position is $19.625 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
