About The Position

Requirements
- Proven experience as a GM Technician or automotive technician with a strong focus on GM vehicles.
- ASE certification or equivalent automotive technical certification preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or vocational certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on General Motors vehicles following company and manufacturer guidelines.
- Use specialized tools and technology to identify mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair statuses.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Stay current with the latest GM technical updates, service bulletins, and training.
