About The Position

This is a two-year fixed-term contract position. The Global Transformation Change Management Lead acts as the global change integrator for a specific transformation programme, owning the enterprise-wide change approach and consolidated change view across in-scope markets and BTC teams. The role prepares bp market teams—including site-level and market management teams—and BTC teams to adopt the future operating model by translating changes to processes, roles, governance, technology and ways of working into practical communications, training, workforce-readiness and adoption interventions. The role owns the integrated change plan and Change Impact Register; develops onboarding, governance and enablement materials and the Training and Adoption plan; coordinates supplier change with Procurement and resourcing planning with bp teams; and supports bp-led communications and employee-representative sequencing. It works globally across markets and workstreams to ensure readiness, manage adoption risks and sustain change. The role is hybrid, based initially at St James’ Square in London, with a planned move to Timber Square around Q4 2027–Q1 2028. Up to 50% travel is expected; relocation assistance is not available.

  • Strong capability in developing and maintaining Change Impact Registers, stakeholder maps, sponsor roadmaps, communications and engagement plans, training and adoption plans, readiness assessments and adoption measures.
  • Ability to build alignment across functions, seniority levels, cultures and geographies and translate sophisticated change into clear, practical messages.
