About The Position

This role is about building relationships and identifying potential prospects and developing new business within Global Trade Services. The officer will have the opportunity to participate in community activities and local business activities to enhance the image of the bank. This role requires collaboration and partnering with other lines of business, with a focus on integrity, caring, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years Foreign Exchange and Global Trade Banking Products experience
  • Credit experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective GTS clientele through Frost Relationship Managers, bank data, and centers of influence.
  • Actively seek new prospects while following up on referrals made by in-house bankers.
  • Educate Relationship Managers about GTS offerings and what type of client would benefit from these products.
  • Be a source of knowledge concerning all types of derivatives, foreign exchange, and letters of credit.
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
