Responsibilities

Research import and/ or export regulations for Applied's systems spare parts and other products
Address trade regulatory requirements involving regulatory controls and/or customs requirements, such as trade classification, applicability of duty mitigation programs, and/or export licensing requirements.
Provide advice on transactional issues.
Update regional trade compliance programs for regulatory changes and changes in company product and services offerings
Conducting compliance training, translating regulatory language so that business stakeholders can understand and audits of regulatory data
Other Projects as assigned by trade manager
