Requirements

  • Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Research import and/ or export regulations for Applied's systems spare parts and other products
  • Address trade regulatory requirements involving regulatory controls and/or customs requirements, such as trade classification, applicability of duty mitigation programs, and/or export licensing requirements.
  • Provide advice on transactional issues.
  • Update regional trade compliance programs for regulatory changes and changes in company product and services offerings
  • Conducting compliance training, translating regulatory language so that business stakeholders can understand and audits of regulatory data
  • Other Projects as assigned by trade manager
