We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities to support our expanding client base and help build high-quality candidate pipelines.

Requirements

Familiar with background knowledge in Semiconductor sector
Highly proactive, target‑driven, comfortable working in a results‑oriented environment

Nice To Haves

EE/ECE、Materials、Mechanical、Industrial/Manufacturing and other Semiconductor related degrees are strongly preferred
Prior recruiting experience (role scoping, client communication, candidate sourcing/recommendation, full process follow‑up) is preferred but not required
Bilingual in English & Mandarin are preferred

Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other online channels, building strong pipelines for current and future roles.
Map target companies and talent pools for key positions.
Engage candidates through personalized outreach and follow‑up, turning passive talent into active pipelines.
Screen candidates via CV review and virtual interviews, assessing skills, motivation, and culture fit.
Coordinate interviews with clients and keep all activities updated in ATS/CRM tools.
Share basic market and talent insights (e.g., trends, compensation ranges, talent availability) with the team and clients.
