About The Position

Solace is looking for a Global Talent Partner to join their team and play a key role in how the company grows. This is a high-impact position where the individual will own full-cycle recruiting across a globally distributed organization, connecting exceptional people to the work that matters most to them, while helping shape the Solace culture. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers across R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing & G&A, bringing a thoughtful and proactive approach to talent acquisition in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional capacity
  • Experience hiring across technical disciplines (engineering, product, cloud infrastructure) as well as go-to-market functions.
  • Experience sourcing and closing passive talent, including senior and niche roles.
  • Comfortable navigating the nuances of hiring across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC — including regional employment norms and compensation expectations.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
  • Success attracting and converting passive talent, ideally at a company actively building its employer brand.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to clean, accurate ATS data.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for the craft of recruiting — you follow trends, experiment with new marketing approaches and tools, and continuously looking for ways to improve.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for roles across R&D, Cloud, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing & G&A— globally.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Proactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, referrals, events, and other creative channels.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for both active and passive talent.
  • Serve as a market intelligence resource — bringing insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Represent Solace at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to build our employer brand.
  • Champion a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer close.
  • Lead interviews, manage shortlists, facilitate debrief discussions, and make offer recommendations.
  • Maintain data integrity in our ATS and contribute to recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices — always looking for ways to sharpen your craft.
