About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious student interested in pursuing a career in talent management, talent development, or organizational development to join our Integrated Talent Experience (ITEX) team for summer 2026! As the Global Talent Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to partner with various members of the global ITEX team and our HR partners as you work on talent management strategies, programs, and solutions that drive business value. We are looking for someone with a collaborative approach, ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail. The role provides the opportunity to collaborate and design resources for a global audience and facilitate conversations with leaders while connecting with a strong peer network of fellow interns across various roles and functions.

Requirements

  • Well organized and able to prioritize workloads.
  • Creative problem solver and critical thinker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Are able to work independently and collaborate well in a team.
  • Technically proficient and able to utilize technology: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Virtual Meeting software, etc.

  • Currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

  • Be a currently enrolled student in a Bachelor’s degree program.
  • If currently enrolled in an undergrad status, must have completed at least two years of coursework with status as a sophomore, junior or non-graduating senior.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key organizational stakeholders to lead and support global talent management initiatives.
  • Research cutting-edge talent management, performance, and learning and development strategies to engage a diverse workforce in a continuous learning culture.
  • Innovate to create strategies to support talent assessments, succession, and performance enablement.
  • Analyze key data insights around leadership development and talent and devising sustainable and scalable interventions.
  • Design and facilitate development sessions for employees.
  • Develop and implement communications plans.
  • Analyze and generating reports, as requested.
