About The Position

OSA (Outsourcing Advantage) is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Recruiter, that will play a pivotal role in sourcing and engaging top talent for remote positions, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment and HR teams, supporting the full lifecycle of hiring for various roles across multiple industries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews as part of a hiring process
  • Experience as a generalist recruiter hiring across multiple role types and industries
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate records and pipelines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal)
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workable ATS
  • Experience handling candidate communications across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract global work-from-home candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Advertise open roles and respond promptly to candidate inquiries across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, sending confirmations, reminders, and post-interview communications
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Support job posting creation and distribution across recruitment platforms
  • Assist with background checks, reference checks, and onboarding documentation
  • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups and next steps
  • Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment and HR team as needed
