About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position for University of North Dakota (UND) students. The role involves conducting independent library research, consulting with librarians, creating annotated bibliographies, assisting faculty with outreach, organizing research materials using Excel and Word, and reviewing/editing short video files. The position is 100% remote and is classified as Non-Exempt, eligible for overtime.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
• Familiarity with library search engines and basic research methods
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
• This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs preferred
