Information About Team and Role The Global Solutions Delivery team is the engine driving the scaling, expansion, and execution of established platform capabilities across the Google Operations Center (GOC) network. As the Global Solutions Delivery Manager, you own the "1 to 100" phase of the lifecycle. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists using validated frameworks to drive incubation expansions globally. You will oversee end-to-end operational coordination for our proprietary AI workflow automation platform, manage programmatic platform outreach, and execute targeted use-case strategies to maximize technology reach and user adoption across all global sites. As a Team Lead, you will also be responsible for people management, coaching team members, overseeing pipeline prioritization, and managing executive stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful scaling of platform capabilities. The base salary range for this full-time position is $123,800 - $148,500 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
