About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering software releases related to the product for business units. The Delivery Manager will work with business clients to determine scope and develop environmental requirements for each project. They will also work closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans, participate in the development of short- and long-term department goals, and monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance. The position involves leading quality initiatives, presenting status and metrics to management, maintaining relationships with technical teams and business partners, and participating in budget development. Additionally, the role ensures staff compliance with IT and security policies and verifies that deliverables meet requirements. The Delivery Manager will also participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience
  • Two years of managing technical delivery teams
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required

  • Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
  • Previous people-leadership experience preferred
  • Graduate degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew, providing guidance and training.
  • Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes compensation decisions.

  • Reviews expenses and ensures department operates within budgetary guidelines.
  • Ensures staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures.
  • Verifies that deliverables meet requirements.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
