About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Global Social Media Coordinator to support the Global Social Media team, helping to share the MAGIC behind Charlotte Tilbury’s iconic products across Instagram and TikTok. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone at the start of their social media career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, global beauty brand. Working closely with the Global Social Media Manager, Senior Global Social Media Manager, and Global Head of Social, you will support global campaigns, regional activations, events, and partnerships—bringing engaging, social-first content to life. You’ll have a strong interest in the social media landscape - particularly Instagram and TikTok - and a genuine curiosity to absorb knowledge from the wider social team while gaining hands-on experience across content creation, campaigns and reporting.

Requirements

  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, fragrance, and social culture
  • Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok (personal, academic, or professional)
  • Working knowledge of current app or desktop edit or post-production tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
  • Full of ideas and excited by a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of daily Instagram Stories and feed content
  • Assist with campaign planning and scheduling across key launches and global moments
  • Create short-form, social-first video content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Manage daily community engagement across Instagram and TikTok, responding to comments, engaging with followers, and interacting with creators and influencers
  • Help foster an active, positive, and on-brand community experience
  • Contribute ideas and help execute the brand’s social campaigns, including: Brand launches, Talent partnerships, Events
  • Support and plan content capture at shoots, events, and activations
  • Assist with the planning and execution of social-first content shoots
  • Support analysis and reporting on social performance (engagement, reach, views, video performance)
  • Monitor social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team
  • Work closely with Copy, Creative, Brand Marketing, Influencer and Social teams to ensure consistent tone of voice and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate effectively while also managing tasks independently
