We are looking for a Global Social Marketing Manager to define and scale Roblox’s worldwide social media strategy. This role sits at the intersection of brand, trust, creator storytelling, and international expansion, building a globally consistent yet locally relevant social presence across priority markets. The Global Social Marketing Manager owns Roblox’s international channel ecosystem. You will build the systems, governance, and content engine that power social storytelling across regions, ensuring we strengthen platform perception, support growth, and reinforce trust at scale. You will partner closely with regional marketing teams, Product Marketing, Communications, Safety, Creator Ecosystem, and Creative to deliver a cohesive global social presence. Because this role oversees a truly global footprint, you will collaborate across several time zones. This requires a flexible approach to your schedule to ensure you are connected with our priority markets in Asia, MENA, Europe and beyond. This is a Short Term position for 6 months with potential for a Full-Time Opportunity. Role Reports to Director of Social Marketing and is based in our San Mateo, CA office
