WSP is a global company of ambitious, passionate, and innovative world shapers with engineering, advisory, and science-based expertise. They are building a new Global Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Strategy & Operations (S&O) function from the ground up. This function aims to set direction, strengthen alignment, and create systems, tools, and ways of working for MarCom teams across Global Partnering, Region Teams, and Global MarCom Services (GMS) to deliver impact. The team seeks curious, collaborative individuals with strong problem-solving and analytical skills who enjoy turning fresh ideas into impact and thrive on building, shaping, and scaling new initiatives. The Strategy & Planning role, within the S&P pillar of the S&O function, is pivotal in shaping how Global MarCom plans, measures, and invests for impact. It combines analytical thinking, strategic design, and collaborative leadership to connect business priorities with actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This role is designed to evolve with the individual’s strengths and career development goals, offering opportunities for ownership of specific focus areas while contributing to shared priorities across the S&O function and the wider MarComms community.
