About The Position

Apollo.io is seeking a Global Revenue Onboarding Program Manager to own and evolve the company's global 30/60/90-day Revenue onboarding and ramp program. This role is crucial for ensuring new hires across various revenue roles (AE, AM, BDR, Solutions Consulting, GTM Engineering) have a world-class, hands-on, role-relevant, and measurable onboarding experience. The program manager will be responsible for defining success metrics, building practical curricula, integrating managers into the onboarding process, launching a New Hire Buddy Program, and leading a cross-functional team to maintain content relevance. A key aspect of this role is building an AI-forward learning experience and staying closely connected to learners and managers to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, builder, and innovator with exceptional operational discipline, a performance orientation, and strong program leadership skills, particularly in leveraging AI and modern learning technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Enablement, onboarding, learning program management, or a related GTM role, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
  • Experience owning or meaningfully evolving an onboarding program.
  • Exceptional operational discipline: highly organized and rigorous about project plans, timelines, dependencies, and follow-through.
  • Ability to turn a complex, multifaceted global program into a simple, well-orchestrated experience.
  • Performance orientation: ability to define proficiency and connect learning to readiness, behavior, ramp, and business outcomes.
  • Experience building role-based curricula, learning paths, assessments, certifications, and hands-on experiences.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical on-the-job behaviors.
  • Strong program leadership skills: ability to bring structure to complexity, manage multiple audiences and workstreams.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and SMEs across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Enablement without formal authority.
  • Hands-on experience using AI and modern learning technology to improve learning, practice, feedback, and proficiency.
  • Active exploration of new AI and learning tools and approaches.
  • Understanding of the role frontline managers and Field Enablement play in successful ramp.
  • Ability to build accountability, coaching, and reinforcement into the learner journey.
  • Comfort designing programs and facilitating with new hires.
  • Ability to communicate with leaders and turn complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
  • Energized by taking something that works, identifying improvements, and evolving it as the business scales (builder mindset).

Responsibilities

  • Own the global onboarding journey, leading the end-to-end 30/60/90-day program across Revenue roles and regions.
  • Create one integrated experience that builds common GTM foundations before branching into role-specific learning.
  • Define and measure readiness by establishing learning outcomes, weekly milestones, assessments, certifications, and clear proficiency signals.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to connect learning progress with behavior, activity, and leading performance indicators.
  • Provide leaders visibility into new hire ramp progress.
  • Build hands-on curricula and learning paths centered on practice, application, and feedback.
  • Partner with Field Enablement to translate complex product, methodology, and GTM concepts into role-specific behaviors.
  • Connect onboarding to ongoing development.
  • Build clear manager expectations, coaching moments, tools, and readiness signals into the first 90 days.
  • Design the program to make new-hire success a visible, shared accountability.
  • Build and launch a global New Hire Buddy Program to help new hires navigate Apollo, build relationships, and accelerate productivity.
  • Create meaningful development opportunities for existing Revenue team members through the Buddy Program.
  • Distribute new-hire learning and support across Enablement, managers, teams, and buddies.
  • Lead a global, cross-functional program, orchestrating Field Enablement, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, managers, and SMEs to keep content current and credible.
  • Deliver globally across the Americas and EMEA, leveraging regional partners to scale while maintaining consistent standards.
  • Build an AI-forward learning experience, using AI for personalization, practice, feedback, and content scalability.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI and learning technology to keep onboarding modern and effective.
  • Facilitate foundational learning and maintain a direct connection to new hires and managers.
  • Use learner experience, feedback, and performance data to continuously improve the program.
