About The Position

The Global Project Manager manages complex, high-priority programs aligned with organizational objectives and oversees day-to-day project execution to ensure deadlines are met. The role drives continuous improvement and innovation across multiple interrelated project streams supporting JLL’s Global Real Estate & Facilities team and its mission to provide safe, sustainable, and efficient work environments that accommodate growth and enable employees to innovate and delight customers. The position partners with executive stakeholders to translate the organization’s long-term vision and strategic priorities into cohesive program plans. It coordinates cross-functional teams, establishes governance, monitors program progress, mitigates risks, and communicates status and issues to decision-makers. The role also identifies opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency, promotes innovation, and ensures project deliverables meet business requirements and desired outcomes. The position is onsite in Arlington, Virginia, and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience managing global strategic programs and projects, ideally in real estate and facilities, with deliverables affecting customers, operational teams, and processes.
Ability to manage multi-workstream programs and operational teams across different geographies.
Track record of serving as a trusted strategic partner to senior executives.
Ability to work in a global environment by understanding culture, building trust, and engaging with people who have different perspectives.
Strategic thinking and ability to align projects with organizational priorities, drive innovation and competitive advantage, and translate business objectives into actionable plans.
Proven project management skills, including managing complex multi-stream programs, establishing governance structures, and maintaining program health through risk mitigation and corrective actions.
Excellent English; confident, articulate, and persuasive speaking ability.
Excellent computer skills and experience with Asana, Smartsheet, Workdocs, Word, and Excel.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification.
Change management expertise, including leading large-scale organizational transformations and managing change in operational delivery environments to support adoption, minimize disruption, and achieve sustainable outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or APMG.
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma.
Team leadership experience building and leading high-performing teams, coaching project managers and team members, and promoting accountability and collaboration.
Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, including evaluating program impact on organizational growth and adapting strategies to changing business needs.
Technical proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, understanding of technical project aspects, and data-driven analysis capabilities.
Experience ensuring programs meet deadlines while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Experience evaluating a program’s impact on an organization’s competitive position and long-term growth and recommending strategic adjustments based on business needs and market dynamics.

Communicate program status, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
Manage expectations of business leaders, IT teams, end-users, and other stakeholder groups.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
