The Global Product Strategy Director for the Filtrete brand will define the long-term portfolio strategy and growth choices, aligning market opportunities, consumer and shopper needs, category dynamics, retailer strategies, and enterprise growth priorities. This role involves developing and maintaining a multi-year product strategy and roadmap to strengthen the core business while identifying and scaling new adjacent platforms. The Director will champion consumer-centric innovation and agility, adapting to evolving shopper behaviors, channel shifts (including e-commerce), and competitive dynamics. They will identify and size white-space opportunities and long-term growth platforms, translating insights into strategic choices and prioritized bets. The role also includes shaping the product value proposition and positioning, integrating global category trends, regional nuances, and regulatory requirements. Performance monitoring using CPG-specific KPIs and leveraging data analytics will be key. The Director will create strategic narratives to align stakeholders and lead a team of product managers, guiding cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, supply chain, finance, and business leadership to translate strategy into execution.
