gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users. The GCS Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) organization provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams to drive global initiatives forward. RSO is the global team within Google Customer Solutions (GCS) that makes sure Google's ever-evolving business runs smoothly and scales. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. We develop initiatives to deliver customer success and set high-level goals to improve productivity. In this role, you will empower GCS to grow customers globally by delivering solutions through technology and operational excellence. You will do this by partnering closely and building trust with GCS business and technology teams and delivering excellent products/solutions for our users. You will be focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and helping evolve early stage ideas into future feature initiatives.
