As the Change & Adoption Lead, you will establish the division's organizational change management (OCM) practice, develop and deliver digital training programs, and define the digital skills architecture for engineers, supervisors, and managers across our manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation, you'll partner with HR, Lean teams, and functional leadership to drive measurable digital adoption at scale.

  • Demonstrated experience leading change management for technology, digital, or system implementations
  • Prosci/ADKAR certification or equivalent change management methodology certification (or commitment to obtain within the first year)
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training for technical and professional audiences (curriculum design, classroom, virtual/blended formats)
  • Experience building skills frameworks, competency models, or role-based learning paths
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across functions, plants, and teams without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites (estimated 30–40%)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS); experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus
  • Working knowledge of AI tools, digital agents, dashboarding, or related technologies used in modern manufacturing environments
