About The Position

GTI is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, reporting, and procurement data management. The role is suited to a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. GTI is a contract manufacturing partner serving customers in renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, and industrial systems. The company fabricates custom enclosures and skids and performs mechanical and electrical integration in-house, supporting work from engineering and prototype builds through full production.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of coordination, purchasing support, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and data accuracy skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline.

• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Confirm pricing, quantities, dates, and vendor acknowledgements.
• Accurately update supplier delivery dates and order notes.
• Maintain reports on open purchase orders, shortages, late deliveries, and supplier commitments.
• Provide daily updates to buyers, planners, and leadership teams.
• Support KPI reporting related to supplier delivery and purchasing execution.
• Communicate with Receiving, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and Planning teams to resolve issues.
• Support documentation for new vendors, onboarding, and compliance records.
• Assist with scheduling supplier calls and meetings.
