About The Position

This student program offers a unique alternative to traditional summer internships by providing students with the opportunity to work year-round throughout their academic journey. This continuous engagement allows students to apply their classroom learning in real-world settings on a daily basis, fostering deeper integration within their teams and organizations. As they progress through the program, students are empowered to take on increasing levels of responsibility, gaining valuable experience, and making meaningful contributions along the way. Students will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. The assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and allow the student to provide valuable contributions. Students experience a sense of personal accomplishment and learn about the corporate business culture through work assignments, structured activities, and exclusive student networking events. The Cost Engineering – Cost Methods, Tools, and Data Solutions organization at Stellantis is responsible for defining standard costing methodologies and developing the tools used to generate cost models for global vehicle teams. The group leverages solutions such as AI, Power BI, Excel, and other technologies to meet the needs of the Cost Engineering community and support accurate, robust cost analysis. This team within the CTPC organization plays a highly strategic role and requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop the tools needed for the future. This student program position will support the development and structure of a robust tool capable of calculating and forecasting logistics costs for purchased components across the supply chain. The tool will also calculate the carbon footprint of these activities and provide reporting outputs that can be used to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or a related field from an accredited college or university
• Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round
• Willingness to relocate, if applicable

• Previous automotive internships/experience

Responsibilities
