Global Planning AI Agent Product Owner Student Program
About The Position
This student program position will support the Global Planning AI & Data Product Owner workstream at a practical, working level. The student will help create, test, and improve AI agents and AI-enabled tools for Global Planning use cases. This includes supporting agents for planning analysis, executive summaries, governance reviews, competitive intelligence, roadmap development, project intake, prioritization, and business value tracking. The role will also help translate business needs into clear requirements, organize knowledge sources, document agent logic, support testing, gather user feedback, and help ensure solutions are useful, reliable, and aligned with Global Planning priorities. Global Planning is transforming how planning work gets done through AI, automation, data-driven insights, and new ways of working. The Global Planning AI & Data Business Hub partners with Global Planning leaders, AI Ambassadors, business process owners, data teams, ICT, and AI delivery teams to identify practical AI opportunities, prioritize the highest-value use cases, and turn business needs into trusted AI-enabled solutions that can be embedded into day-to-day planning operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university
- Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Proficient in AI-enabled productivity tools
- Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round
