About The Position

This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. As a Global Payroll Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: System Maintenance and Integration Management: Support global payroll production by overseeing PICOF and PECI integrations, managing spreadsheet loader and GESPP activities, and monitoring integration logs to ensure accurate and timely data flow. Interface Support: Maintain and support payroll interfaces related to remote stipends, Everyday Wins, and cash recognition programs. Data Analysis and Issue Resolution: Analyze integration data to identify discrepancies, conduct troubleshooting, and resolve issues to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance. System Enhancements: Support ongoing improvements to strengthen system performance, reliability, and data integrity. Vendor and Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with global payroll vendors, IT, and HR Operations to address integration needs, resolve issues, and support end‑to‑end payroll processes. Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to internal and external partners regarding issues, findings, and recommended solutions. Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence: Contribute to initiatives that streamline integrations, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout all payroll activities. Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and two (2) years of combined experience in Payroll, Human Resources and/or Finance in a private, public, government or military environment OR High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and six (6) years of combined experience in Payroll, Human Resources and/or Finance in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Workday, ADP, Strada) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
