About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2027 Global Payments & Liquidity Development Program. This two-year rotational program is focused on gaining experience and exposure to Global Payments & Liquidity through immersive rotations. The program will promote professional development and business skills growth through on-the-job experience, formal in-person and virtual training, and exposure to the organization’s senior leaders. In this program, you will rotate across Global Payments & Liquidity business areas to acquire diverse experiences and insights while identifying a post-program career track that aligns to your long-term goals and interests. You may be placed in sales or product and will build key skills through various activities. After successfully completing the program, analysts will be prepared for high priority roles in the organization and will be supported throughout their program experience.

Requirements

6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May/June 2027. All majors welcome.
Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or experience in finance, accounting, and sales.
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable customer insights, support customer strategy, learn quickly, adapt to change, and drive innovative solutions.
Ability to execute with urgency, manage projects and workflows effectively, support product delivery, and drive operational excellence with an enterprise mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, collaborate effectively across teams, present professionally, prepare proposals, foster an inclusive environment, and actively seek and apply feedback.
Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity tools (such as chat‑based assistants and built‑in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly.
Strong business acumen and customer understanding, with the ability to support customer-focused treasury solutions, product delivery, and excellent service that drives business impact.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization.
Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking, and other events.
Participate in the sourcing, structuring, underwriting, and execution of low complexity multi-million-dollar payments & liquidity transactions as an active member of a deal team.
Conduct due diligence and analyzing financial statements that support payments & liquidity recommendations.
Leverage market, industry, and company research and analysis along with product knowledge to ensure the success of business development efforts.
Receive direction from supervisor and working with diverse teams on a variety of tasks, including compliance and risk management responsibilities.
Provide information to colleagues and managers in support of completion of deliverables, resolution of issues, and help deliver business initiatives, communications, and other materials to internal stakeholders and clients.
Support sales teams in developing skills essential for future success in client-facing roles (Sales placement).
Learn the end-to-end sales process, including portfolio management, proposal development/delivery, and collaboration with internal partners (Sales placement).
Analyze P&L, design new products, address risk and regulatory needs, and partner with Sales to drive growth and profitability (Product placement).
