Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.

Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process excellence frameworks.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for project-related orders, ensuring timely resolution of blocking issues and clear communication among interested parties.
Partner with global supply chain, manufacturing, project execution, and regional teams to proactively mitigate risks and support timely project delivery.
Manage customer orders with a customer-first approach, ensuring quality, accuracy, and reliable fulfillment.
Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer happiness.
Examine order performance, recognize trends, and suggest solutions that improve delivery outcomes and business results.
Support worldwide transformation efforts, including process standardization, system upgrades, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and reporting tools that support consistent global execution.
Build positive relationships across multiple functions to align priorities, solve complex challenges, and ensure project success.
