The Global Mobility team is responsible for supporting the successful transition, integration, and ongoing experience of international healthcare professionals (HCPs) throughout their entire assignment lifecycle in the United States, from preâarrival through the completion of their work assignment. The Global Mobility Specialist III plays a vital role in preparing international healthcare professionals (HCPs) for successful transition and integration into life and work in the United States. This role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of pre-arrival and post-arrival support services through webinars, one-on-one calls, resource development, and personalized guidance as part of the Avant Transitions Program (ATP). The Global Mobility Specialist III ensures that HCPs are culturally, emotionally, and logistically prepared for both their professional assignments and personal acclimation into U.S. communities.
