About The Position

As a Global Mobility Specialist in the International Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating every aspect of employee relocation for those on international assignments. You will showcase your expertise in global mobility, relocation policies, immigration requirements, and compensation for expatriates while ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience. By partnering closely with our Global Policy Advisor, you’ll manage a variety of international employee allowances, such as housing, COLA, and dependent education, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our colleagues and their families. In this dynamic position, you'll apply specialized functional knowledge and have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to a range of moderately complex challenges. Working independently and occasionally guiding junior staff, you will gain exposure to global HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility
  • Experience covering HR practices, expatriate assignments, and immigration management
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 , including complex formulas and data analysis in Excel
  • Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday
  • Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Ability to balance business needs and deliver a positive employee experience while navigating complex and sensitive issues
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship is required
