About The Position

Trident Consulting is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Partner for one of our clients, a global leader in business and technology services. This role is responsible for supporting global mobility operations, with a particular focus on the EMEA and APAC regions. The position involves managing immigration processes, employee relocations, cross-border travel, and international transfers. The partner will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, and Tax teams to ensure compliance and provide a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Global Mobility, Corporate Immigration, or International HR.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration and mobility processes.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Google Workspace (G Suite), and Slack.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a corporate HR environment.
• Global Mobility Specialist (Client) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage global immigration and visa processes for international employees.
• Support cross-border travel, international transfers, and employee relocation programs.
• Review and process mobility requests while ensuring policy and compliance requirements are met.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and provide guidance on immigration and mobility matters.
• Utilize Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR systems to manage employee requests.
