About The Position

The Global Marketing Automation Senior Analyst is responsible for the hands-on execution, optimization, and analysis of data-driven marketing campaigns across global markets. This role combines expertise in email marketing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign analytics to deliver engaging customer experiences and measurable business results. The Senior Analyst partners with marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, create highly targeted customer journeys, maintain data quality, and generate actionable performance insights. This position plays a key role in leveraging customer data and marketing technology to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue while ensuring compliance with global privacy and communication regulations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of marketing automation strategies and best practices, technology platform integration and management, and email and data privacy compliance expertise
  • Experience working in or directly with marketing automation tools or an email service provider: Marketo (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, HubSpot, Acoustic Connect, etc.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, including the ability to query, analyze, derive insights, and make recommendations from large data sets (millions of records) from multiple data sources
  • Bachelor’s degree (or internationally comparable degree)

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL, Python, Databricks
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Analytics, and website content management
  • Experience with APIs and hands-on experience with Postman

Responsibilities

  • Strategic, Technical, and Analytical Execution of Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Programs
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, audience strategy, segmentation, messaging, and measurement plans.
  • Builds and deploys email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, nurture programs, and automated customer journeys.
  • Creates dynamic content, personalized messaging, audience segments, scoring models, and workflow automation.
  • Conducts campaign QA, testing, approvals, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitors campaign performance, including deliverability, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics.
  • Develops dashboards and reports and provides optimization recommendations based on campaign insights.
  • Executes A/B testing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase engagement and business results.
  • Ensures compliance with email marketing, privacy, and data governance requirements.
  • Maintains campaign templates, automation workflows, and operational processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
