Global Manufacturing Transformation Leader
About The Position
Legrand’s Data, Power & Control (DPC) division is experiencing rapid global growth, driven by the continued expansion of data-center infrastructure. To support this growth, DPC has established a dedicated Operations Excellence & Modernization team focused on capacity expansion, manufacturing transformation, footprint optimization, and sustained operational performance across its global manufacturing network. We are seeking a transformation leader to join this team and play a critical role in shaping and executing high-impact operational initiatives across multiple international sites. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations Excellence & Modernization, this individual will own the global manufacturing improvement roadmap and translate DPC’s strategic priorities into actionable short- and long-term initiatives. This position is designed for a hands-on transformation leader with deep shop-floor credibility and a strong ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly integrate into manufacturing sites, assess operational needs, align diverse teams, and accelerate execution during periods of rapid growth, organizational change, capacity constraints, or operational stress. This is a remote position with up to approximately 50% travel and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening DPC’s global operational network.
