About The Position

The Global Lean Transformation Leader is responsible for leveraging the Chemours Business System to enhance employee engagement, accelerate continuous improvement across Chemours, and deliver lean coaching across Chemours value streams. The role drives continuous improvement with a lean mindset and applies experience using and leading relevant tools, systems, and methodologies. It partners closely with commercial, technical, and operating leadership, cross-functional teams, and other continuous improvement experts to architect and execute day-to-day improvements and strategies using the Chemours Business System, Six Sigma, and digitalization methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the Chemours Business System to enhance employee engagement.
• Drive the acceleration of continuous improvement across Chemours.
• Deliver lean coaching across Chemours value streams.
• Lead and apply continuous improvement tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Partner with commercial, technical, and operating leadership, cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement experts to architect and execute day-to-day improvements and strategies.
• Use the Chemours Business System, Six Sigma, and digitalization methodologies to support improvements and strategies.
