Global Lean Transformation Leader
About The Position
The Global Lean Transformation Leader leverages the Chemours Business System to enhance employee engagement and accelerate continuous improvement across Chemours. The role provides lean coaching across Chemours value streams and drives improvement through a lean mindset and experience with continuous-improvement tools, systems, and methodologies. The position partners with commercial, technical, and operating leaders, cross-functional teams, and other continuous-improvement experts to architect and execute day-to-day improvements and strategies, using the Chemours Business System, Six Sigma, and digitalization methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Leverage the Chemours Business System to enhance employee engagement and accelerate continuous improvement across Chemours.
- Provide lean coaching across Chemours value streams.
- Drive continuous improvement using a lean mindset and continuous-improvement tools, systems, and methodologies.
- Partner with commercial, technical, and operating leadership, cross-functional teams, and continuous-improvement experts to architect and execute day-to-day improvements and strategies.
- Apply the Chemours Business System, Six Sigma, and digitalization methodologies.
