About The Position

Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The Global Lead for Digital Site Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all infrastructure services required to open, expand, relocate, or transform ResMed sites globally. This leader ensures that all network, compute, storage, cloud connectivity, end-user services, and critical digital infrastructure are designed, deployed, configured, and validated to meet business timelines. This individual will build and drive a global operating model capable of supporting rapid growth and expansion. The role requires strong program oversight, deep technical infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to scale resources, processes, and partnerships across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global strategy for digital site operations, including a scalable framework to support rapid site deployment.
  • Define and manage a standardized global site build template, including infrastructure architecture, deployment sequences, operational readiness criteria, and acceptance standards.
  • Build a site deployment roadmap aligned with business growth plans and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of all technical components for new site openings, expansions, consolidations, relocations, and closures.
  • Oversee regional execution teams, vendor partners, and site operations resources to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality deployments across all geographies.
  • Establish and enforce repeatable deployment models, including runbooks, bill of materials, provisioning workflows, testing procedures, and operational handoff requirements.
  • Manage dependencies across networking, digital workspace, compute/storage, security, telco/ISP provisioning, AV, and OT/Smart Manufacturing (where applicable).
  • Develop a global staffing model that leverages existing regional resources while identifying capability gaps and scaling needs.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance oversight to regional site operations leads.
  • Build a flexible pool of global resources (internal & external) to meet rapid build timelines.
  • Build governance models for site deployment with clear roles, responsibilities, timelines, and decision rights.
  • Own the lifecycle of site deployment standards—design specifications, approved technologies, patterns, and security baselines.
  • Ensure alignment to global IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory obligations (including manufacturing and clinical environments).
  • Manage budget for infrastructure deployment including hardware, services, and contractor resources.
  • Develop scalable vendor partnerships to support global execution (cabling, telecom, AV, infrastructure integrators, smart manufacturing providers).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders, PMO, Real Estate, Facilities, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and regional IT leadership.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to executive stakeholders.
