About The Position

The Global IT Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Office of the CIO, providing direct executive support while coordinating global IT activities, procurement operations, and contract management. This role ensures alignment across regions, maintains visibility into technology spend and vendor performance, and drives execution of strategic initiatives. It requires exceptional organizational discipline and the ability to navigate complex global environments. The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to range from $70,000-$76,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity. Requirements

  • Post-Secondary education in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in IT coordination, procurement, project management, or technology operations.
  • Experience with vendor management, contract administration, and procurement workflows.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including infrastructure, cloud, and security fundamentals.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage global stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting C‑suite or senior technology executives.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, PMO methodologies, or procurement frameworks is desirable.
  • Exposure to global regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CIO priorities, prepare executive briefs, coordinate leadership meetings, and ensure follow‑through on strategic initiatives.
  • Support scheduling, agenda development, materials preparation, and action‑item tracking for the global IT leadership team.
  • Align global IT projects, track milestones, and facilitate cross‑regional communication.
  • Maintain visibility into global hardware, software, and licensing inventories.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Security, HR, and regional IT leaders to ensure operational consistency.
  • Coordinate purchase requests, vendor onboarding, renewals, and contract documentation across global teams.
  • Track procurement workflows, approvals, commercial milestones, and budget alignment in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on procurement‑related matters.
  • Maintain contract repositories, monitor key dates, support negotiations, and ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on technology spend, contract status, renewals, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with internal policies, and readiness for internal/external audits.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and status reports for CIO‑level visibility.
  • Draft IT announcements, policy updates, and change‑management communications.
  • Maintain documentation and support compliance with global standards (ISO, SOC, GDPR).
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and briefing documents for executive‑level discussions.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives and operational improvements as assigned by the CIO.
