About The Position

Peer Mentors in the GLOBAL Inclusive College Certificate Program work with students (mentees) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Peer mentoring is a structured, supportive relationship that brings college students together with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to provide guidance, encouragement, and meaningful support. Peer Mentors accompany their mentees to classes and internships, foster academic, social, employment, and independent living skills, support participation in campus events and activities, and intentionally promote meaningful inclusion within the Regis University community. This position is for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 academic years. Peer mentors help provide experiences for students in the GLOBAL Inclusive Program that address their academic, social, emotional, career, and self-determination aspirations.
