The Global HR Onboarding Program Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions for new employees across diverse regions. This role combines program management expertise with strategic oversight, including managing onboarding metrics, communications, and vendor partnerships to deliver a consistent and impactful new hire experience. Additionally, the position involves serving as a subject matter expert for HR transformational programs, providing insights, process recommendations, and ensuring successful transitions of project work into business-as-usual operations. This role is based at one of our HR centers in Sleepy Hollow, NY or Rensselaer, NY with full-time onsite requirements and is not open to remote or hybrid work arrangements.
