About The Position

As the Global Onboarding & Offboarding Program Manager, you will align with business needs to shape an outstanding onboarding and offboarding experience and the program frameworks to support it—ensuring every employee across 21+ countries feels welcomed, connected, and set up for long-term success throughout their journey with us and beyond. This role directly supports Driscoll’s talent retention and engagement, ensuring a consistent and impactful employee journey. You will lead the design, rollout plan, and continuous improvement of scalable, culturally relevant employee lifecycle programs, strategies, and tools that reflect and reinforce Driscoll’s culture, mission, vision, and values. This role combines strategic design and hands-on execution—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and creating human-centered experiences that make a lasting impact. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IS, Legal, Workplace Services, and Communications to deliver seamless, consistent, and meaningful experiences in the moments that matter—from a new hire’s first day to a thoughtful transition when they leave.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Employee Experience, or a related field.
  • Proven success designing and implementing onboarding, offboarding, or talent programs across multiple countries.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to influence in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Skilled in program management, project management, communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven communication and relationship building skills across all levels
  • Up to 10% of travel
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, LMS, Qualtrics, intranet platforms) preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual strongly preferred (Spanish or Chinese a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and maintain Driscoll’s global onboarding and offboarding frameworks, balancing standardization with local flexibility.
  • Design toolkits, manager guides, and new hire touchpoints that foster clarity, connection, and belonging.
  • Lead cross-regional collaboration to align local practices with global standards while respecting cultural and legal nuances.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (e.g., time-to-productivity, new hire engagement, early attrition, exit insights).
  • Design and deploy feedback loops and surveys to evaluate effectiveness, translate insights into refinements, and identify both quick wins and long-term improvements.
  • Seek and leverage, share, transfer, scale best internal practices
  • Benchmark and integrate external best practices to evolve and elevate Driscoll’s employee experience.
  • Leverage existing and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the employee experience.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the business and key stakeholders and other global functions to drive adoption of onboarding and offboarding practices.
  • Facilitate global taskforce sessions and stakeholder updates that build alignment, transparency, and accountability.
  • Influence and support change adoption across a highly matrixed, multicultural organization.
  • Manage the global onboarding and offboarding program calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and communications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., HR Business Advisory for business needs and alignment, IS for access, Legal for compliance, Workplace Services for logistics) to ensure a seamless employee journey.
  • Anticipate risks, remove barriers, and continually improve operational efficiency and experience quality.
