Where we Work Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. T his is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays . About your skills Program Management and Alignment: Own Enablement Program Charter that aligns with the enablement vision and mission, based around Tiers, Cognitive Load, goals, and success metrics. Stakeholder Mapping: Build a map of stakeholders, leveraging your regional insights (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to ensure comprehensive engagement and alignment. Business Acumen and Analysis Metrics: Start supplying all enablement programs with impact metrics Program Effectiveness Reviews: Audit existing programs using frameworks like the Cognitive Load Matrix to prioritize and refine offerings. About this role Enablement Intake process to align requests with team capacity. Support E2E program management including metrics, communications, design, development and execution. Create and own the enablement quarterly plans. Align with CX enablement and People enablement. Support the development of an enablement dashboard. Be comfortable with and recommendations for our Tech Strategy (Highspot, Gong, Seismic, Kahoot, Asana)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years in a global program management role
Understand basic adult learning principles
Be flexible and comfortable working with ambiguity
Create systems and processes for the team to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and visibility to our value
