About The Position

The Global HR Business Partner, Strategic Initiatives is a senior enterprise HR role responsible for leading complex, cross-organizational people initiatives that span multiple business units and regions. This role operates as a horizontal connector across HR and the enterprise—ensuring strategy, execution, and outcomes are tightly aligned. This role is not aligned to a single business unit or geography. Instead, it focuses on designing, orchestrating, and delivering enterprise-level HR initiatives that materially impact company performance, scalability, and culture. The role partners closely with Regional HR Leadership, HR Executive Business Partners, Field HR, HR Centers of Excellence, and key enterprise stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, IT, and Communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in complex, matrixed environments
  • Prior experience as a senior HR Business Partner or in enterprise HR leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, global initiatives
  • Experience & passion leading projects or programs would also be essential
  • Enterprise mindset with strong systems thinking
  • Ability to lead, influence, and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
  • Disciplined approach to change and program delivery
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and accelerating clarity
  • Highly collaborative, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, MS HR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and execution of enterprise and global HR strategic initiatives, including operating model evolution, workforce strategy, and large-scale change programs.
  • Own initiative governance, milestones, risks, and interdependencies to ensure disciplined execution and measurable outcomes aligned to our Global HR Priorities.
  • Strategically partner with Regional HR Leaders, HR Executive Business Partners, and Field HR to align enterprise initiatives with regional execution realities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor ensuring structure, clarity on ownership, decision rights, escalation paths, and handoffs across HR during initiative delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and integrator with enterprise stakeholders including Legal, Finance, IT, Product, and Operations.
  • Apply strong change management and program leadership discipline to drive adoption and sustained impact.
  • Provide concise, decision-oriented updates to HR Leadership Team and executive leadership.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs, track timelines and course-correct proactively through data use and insights.
  • Capture lessons learned and embed improvements into future enterprise HR delivery.
