About The Position

Serves as HRBP for a significant country and/or cluster area and/or provides support to a business team. Partners with client groups to develop effective and business focused HR program and implementation strategies. May work with HR Centers of Excellence to develop custom programs that address specific people and organization priorities. Works with cross-organizational HR colleagues to ensure local support for and integration of company-wide programs. Deals with and advises leadership on the effective investigation and resolution of associate relations issues. Advises local leadership on labor relations issues and concerns – including those associated with Works Councils, unions or other employee represented groups. Collaborates with leadership to establish staffing strategies and other methods of improving / enhancing organization capability. Provides high-level advice and counsel on issues relating to performance management, compensation, associate career development, talent management, etc. Serves as trusted advisor to supported leadership and associates. Coordinates with the business to lead and execute performance management and talent assessment processes.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
