This hands-on practitioner leadership role combines direct technical contribution with accountability for technology strategy, engineering execution, and organizational delivery. The leader works alongside engineering teams on solution design, coding, prototyping, AI-assisted development, and complex technical problem-solving while transforming existing platforms into modern, AI-native products. The role calls for strong Private Markets domain knowledge and deep engineering expertise. It focuses on simplifying legacy architectures and developing scalable data products, interoperable services, APIs, and intelligence capabilities. The leader translates Private Equity and Private Credit workflows—including portfolio monitoring, valuations, performance analytics, investment operations, and covenant analysis—into practical technology solutions, while ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and operationally sound. The successful candidate will influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across product, business, data, and engineering teams. They will drive measurable transformation and foster a culture of technical excellence, experimentation, rapid delivery, hands-on ownership, and accountability.
